What is my going freelance rate?
Hourly Rate: My standard rate is $30/hour. Project Estimates: For larger projects, I provide a weekly estimate. I track my hours.
Fixed-Price Packages (For Specific Items): For certain small, defined tasks (e.g., social media graphics), fixed-price options are available upon request.
What's my design delivery process?
I keep it simple and clear. We together begin by understanding your needs. Then, we move to design concepts, revisions, and delivery.
You’ll receive regular updates and chances for creative feedback. This way, you always know my progress and what’s next.
What if I'm not satisfied with the designs?
Please note that due to the custom nature of design work and time invested in each project, I operate on a no-refund policy. However, my revision process is thorough and collaborative, ensuring we reach a solution that works for your needs before finalizing the project.
How do I share feedback?
If I have anything for you to review, I use Webflow comments (for web) or Figma comments (for apps). Commenting in app helps keep everything organized, but feel free to send me a message on Slack.
Is there a limit to what I can request?
You can request any design work you need. Once we agree on a contract and timeline, I'll begin the designs.
If you need more, we can discuss my bandwidth and any pricing add-ons. This way, you'll avoid any surprise billing.
Can we schedule calls during the project?
Absolutely. We'll kick things off with a meeting to align on your goals. After that, I'll provide regular updates. If a call becomes necessary, just provide me with a reasonable notice, and we can schedule it.
