With over 10 years in product quality assurance, I've validated user experiences across 375+ digital releases worth $350MM+ in sales. My design approach now combines rigorous testing methodologies with deep user empathy - focusing on both what works and why it matters to the people using it.

My QA background spans mobile apps, web platforms, and enterprise solutions at companies like Verizon, where I led end-to-end testing that covered everything from iPhone releases to sales flow changes. I've worked closely with design and engineering, on the tough frontlines of high-impact releases.

While initially learning design, I believed good design would speak for itself - that elegant solutions and seamless user experiences were enough. But I have learned that impactful design requires connecting user needs to business outcomes. Revenue growth, churn reduction, and market expansion are not separate from good design - they are achieved through it.
